Sơ lược nội dung:

Kunimi Hiro từng là tay ném chủ lực của đội bóng chày trường cấp 2. Do chấn thương ở khuỷu tay mà 1 lang băm đã chẩn đoán, Hiro phải từ bỏ bóng chày.
Lên cấp 3, cậu tham gia vào câu lạc bộ bóng đá của trường Senkawa, nhưng rồi có nhiều chuyện xảy ra ngày càng làm cho niềm đam mê bóng chày trong Hiro trỗi dậy. Cuối cùng với sự động viên cùng  sự  nhiệt tình của Kago Haruka – manager CLB bóng chày trường Senkawa, Hiro đã quay lại với niềm đam mê của mình.
Từ đây, cuộc chiến ngầm giữa Hiro và Hideo bạn và cũng là đối thủ “trong nhiều chuyện”  của Hiro, tay đập số 1 của trường cấp 3 Meiwa bắt đầu….
(các bạn đừng thắc mắc vì sao ko nhắc đến Hikari trong đây, trong phim mình ghét nhất nhân vật này )
